Also, the services of our Property Management company, Lifestyle Property Management, oversees the community maintenance of all common areas and green space, the clubhouse, exercise facility, the streetlights, snow removal and the roads within Pinnacle of Arabella.

Working out the timing of buying a new home and selling your existing home can be easier than you may think. Pinnacle at Arabella offers “showcase homes”, ready to move in immediately and “express homes” that allow you to select the home finishes and move in within 60 days. Also, we have homes that are identified as being completed in 120 or 150 days. Why move twice? Studies have shown that moving out of your current house makes it easier to show and sell plus less clutter. Move forward on your own timetable rather than waiting for your house to sale first and move in haste.
Purchasing a new home is SIMPLE. Select a finished home or a home where you can select the colors and finishes or select your home site and home plan to build. Our availability will change, so if you’ve found the home you like, don’t let it get away. Next, you will complete a purchase agreement with your Sales Consultant and place a 5% escrow deposit and a 10% construction deposit of the purchase price. This 15% deposit will be credited back to the buyer at the closing. This is not the deposit amount due if you are using the Cash Back, Buyer paid draw payments program. If you are obtaining a mortgage for a portion of this purchase, you do not need to use your mortgage until closing, when the home is finished. You need only be pre approved at the time of executing your Purchase Agreement.
The Seller/Builder, during construction, will pay many fees and expenses over the building time, thus saving you out of pocket expenses like, mortgage interest payments, lender fees, insurance coverage costs, taxes, permitting and utility hook up fees etc.
