Are you working with a real estate agent?

If you are in a Buyer / Agent relationship with a real estate agent and you want that agent to receive compensation, they must either:

Accompany you on your initial visit; or
Pre-register you with our on-site sales agent
before your visit.

Also, please be sure to indicate your relationship on our Guest Registration card.

LIFESTYLE HOMES CO-BROKE PROGRAM

How it works:

Simply call with your client's name, make an appointment or stop by with your Buyer/Client at any of our communities. Introduce them to us and fill out our client registration form. We will register your client after verifying in our database that they are not currently registered. We have signs in our Sales Office that lets the Buyer know that they need to let the Sales Agent know if they are working with a Buyer' Agent.
Following registration, you will receive verbal and/or written confirmation of your client' registration.
Your registration remains active for 6 months, Realtors may reregister their client prior to the expiration in 6 months by simply a phone or email notification of your continued relationship with the client.
Once your client completes a New Home Purchase Agreement, our staff will handle the rest. You will be informed as to the progress of the new home construction, but need only get as involved as you and your client wish.
